  1. Going through the value line I would not buy it… Maybe for the under 10 price it reached there could be value, but not at current prices… And probably even at that price I would not touch it. Did not like the fact that management reduced the strike price of the options (from what I understood) due to low price. Did you post your take on the case?

  2. The main point is that the business has NO FRANCHISE value. Just assets. So growth is NOT profitable. You need to buy well below replacement value–sub $10. Your instincts are close.

    This is a SELL.
